These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unfollowtracker ("Unfollowtracker," "we," "us," or "our"), including our H5 product, pages, features, reports, and related services.
By accessing or using Unfollowtracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service
Unfollowtracker helps users analyze Instagram follower and following data by using public profile information and relationship files selected from Instagram data exports.
Unfollowtracker may provide reports such as follower lists, following lists, unfollower analysis, new follower analysis, relationship-change reports, and historical comparison results.
Unfollowtracker does not ask for, collect, or require your Instagram password. We do not log in to your Instagram account on your behalf.
Unfollowtracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You may use Unfollowtracker only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms.
You may not use Unfollowtracker if you are under 13 years old, or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require you to create or use an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.
You may not create accounts by automated means, impersonate another person, share your account for abusive purposes, or use another user's account without permission.
4. Instagram Relationship Data
You may submit relationship data from an Instagram export only if you have the legal right to use and submit that data.
By selecting an export for processing, you represent that:
- the file belongs to you or you are authorized to use it;
- the file was obtained lawfully;
- your submission and use of the data does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
Your browser opens and filters the Instagram .zip archive locally. The original ZIP and unrelated content, including direct messages, photos, videos, and contacts, are not uploaded to Unfollowtracker.
Only the required follower and following files are sent for processing and are deleted after processing. Unfollowtracker retains only the necessary parsed results and generated reports needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup of any original files. Unfollowtracker is not a file storage or backup service.
5. Report Accuracy
Unfollowtracker's reports are generated based on the information available from public profile data, submitted follower and following information, timestamps, and comparison logic.
Data-Based Reports and Analytical Inferences
Certain reports, including follower lists, following lists, non-follower relationships, mutual relationships, new followers, and unfollowers, are generated by parsing or comparing the relationship data contained in one or more Instagram data exports submitted by you. These reports reflect only the information contained in the submitted exports and the results of our comparison logic. They are not independently verified against Instagram's live systems.
Other features, labels, classifications, or insights, including, without limitation, features labeled as "People Interested in You," "People Who Lost Interest in You," or "People Who Visited Your Profile," are analytical inferences generated by Unfollowtracker based on the data you submit and patterns identified by our systems. These inferences are estimates only. They are not facts or data provided, confirmed, or verified by Instagram or Meta, and they do not establish or represent whether any person actually viewed or visited your profile, or any person's actual interests, intentions, feelings, activities, or relationship with you.
Results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable if:
- the selected export is incomplete, outdated, corrupted, or not an official Instagram export;
- Instagram changes its export format, public profile structure, or access behavior;
- usernames, profile links, or account status change over time;
- comparison data is missing or insufficient.
Unfollowtracker does not guarantee that reports are real-time, complete, or error-free.
Any insights shown by Unfollowtracker are for personal reference only and should not be treated as official Instagram data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Unfollowtracker to:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
- harass, stalk, threaten, shame, expose, or harm another person;
- submit data that you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to access another user's account, reports, or data;
- reverse engineer, copy, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service;
- bypass security, payment, access, or usage limits;
- use bots, scripts, automated requests, or unauthorized crawlers;
- use the service for fraud, abuse, spam, or unlawful surveillance.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
7. User Content and License
You retain your rights to the data and content you submit to Unfollowtracker.
By submitting usernames, filtered relationship data, feedback, or other content, you grant Unfollowtracker a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, display, and use that content only as necessary to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the service.
This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Fees and Payments
Some features of Unfollowtracker require payment. The applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and payment method will be shown before you complete a purchase.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your use of that payment method may also be subject to the provider's terms.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
You should review all price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout before completing any purchase.
9. Subscriptions and Cancellation
You may manage an active subscription through the Subscription Management section within Unfollowtracker, or contact us through the support or feedback channel within the product.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you may continue to access the paid service until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically refund charges for the current or any previous billing period. Refund requests are handled under Section 10 below.
10. Refunds
As a general rule, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused or partially used subscription periods, accidental purchases, changes of mind, failure to use the service, or dissatisfaction after access to paid features has been granted.
This policy applies regardless of whether you have uploaded or processed Instagram data, generated or viewed a paid report, accessed paid historical comparisons, or otherwise used any paid feature.
To request a refund, contact us through the support or feedback channel within Unfollowtracker and provide sufficient information for us to identify the purchase. We may review account and service usage records when evaluating the request.
11. Account Deletion and Data Removal
You may request account deletion through the contact or feedback channel inside Unfollowtracker.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your account information, parsed results, and generated reports within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Deleting your account may permanently remove your reports, history, and access to product features.
12. Privacy
Your use of Unfollowtracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and how you may request deletion or exercise privacy rights.
13. Third-Party Platforms
Unfollowtracker may refer to Instagram or use data that you export from Instagram.
Instagram is a third-party platform with its own terms, policies, data export tools, and account rules. You are responsible for complying with Instagram's terms and all applicable laws when using Instagram data with Unfollowtracker.
Unfollowtracker is not responsible for Instagram, Meta, or any third-party platform, service, policy, action, outage, data format change, or account decision.
14. Service Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Unfollowtracker at any time, including features, reports, access rules, pricing, and availability.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Unfollowtracker or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of Unfollowtracker after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
Unfollowtracker, including its product design, interface, features, reports, text, graphics, logos, code, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Unfollowtracker and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Unfollowtracker unless expressly permitted by us.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Unfollowtracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that Unfollowtracker will always be secure, available, accurate, or free from errors.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfollowtracker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, reputational harm, or service interruption.
Your use of Unfollowtracker is at your own risk.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Unfollowtracker if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, misused the service, or violated applicable law.
You may stop using Unfollowtracker at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, account deletion, and dispute-related provisions.
19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
